Instructions for Authors
Duration of the presentations are as follows:
Plenary Lectures: 35 minutes of presentations and 10 minutes for questions and discussion.
Invited Lectures: 25 minutes of presentations and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Regular contributions: 12 minutes of presentations and 3 minutes for questions and discussion.
The speakers may prepare their presentations in .ppt, .pptx or .pdf formats.
The Organisers will provide laptops connected to overhead projectors. The use of speakers’ own laptops/notebooks should be minimized in order to save time for switching the equipment.
Speakers are requested to contact the conference staff in the Hall at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session, copy their files from pendrives to the computer and verify that the presentations are displayed properly. Each file should be named with speaker’s surname only for quick identification. The files will be deleted immediately after the end of the session.
The poster session will be held on Monday, 21st August, from 17:30 to 19:00. The posters should be mounted before lunch, and removed after the poster session is over. The Organisers will remove the leftover posters and will keep them until the end of the conference. The not claimed posters will be disposed of.
Posters will be mounted on the hard plastic boards. The size of the boards is: 95 cm wide and 190 cm high. Posters should be mounted with the double-sided adhesive tape, to be provided by the Organisers.
